Shelton: A Bridal Session
Here are those bridal's of the beautiful Mrs. Way! I am so excited to share these with you. This was super fun (Yes, I do say things like this in real life. Yes, I am a dork.... I, also, say things that only fans of Battlestar Galatica would know, my dog is named after a Robert Jordan Character and Liz Lemon happens to be my idol.) because Shelton had two dresses for her wedding day. One was the ceremony dress and the other the dancing dress! It was such fun for me to be able to utilize both of them for the shoot as the dresses had such different personalities! Shelton had these great balloons as decor for her reception and I love that we were able to tie them in to bridal as well. Thanks to the Country Club of Virginia's James River campus for letting us take over for an afternoon and commandeer (ok ok... they actually offered them to us very graciously) three golf carts to scoot around! Another huge thank you to Lisa, Devin, Bonnie and Ryan for helping out! I can't wait for you all to see these. I have my fingers crossed one will end up on Lawton's desk! Here is the designer info for all of you:
Ceremony dress: Designer – Jenny Yoo, Store- Hannelores of Old Town, in Alexandria, VA
Reception dress: Designer – LulaKate, Store- Bella Bridesmaid, in Richmond
I am off... the deadline is tomorrow for Kelly McCant's Sewing with Oilcloth book and I am still in the midst of quick edits! I am incredibly excited for you all to catch a glimpse of this project once it is all wrapped up and published!
Have a great night!
